Have you ever been in a restaurant sitting close to a loud, annoying person? Where you have to hear everything that they are saying because they are so loud. You try to talk to the person you are with, but all you hear is the loud person. Or there is a person talking on their cell phone, bluetooth or some other Star Trek device very loud and you just wish that someone would just beam them up so they would stop being so loud.
